These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wiseview platform, website, and services provided by Wiseview Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wiseview, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted Use
You may use Wiseview solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our platform to store or process illegal data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer or copy our software, or resell our services without written authorization.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
Intellectual Property
Wiseview and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within Wiseview.
Service Availability
We target 99.97% uptime and provide SLA credits for downtime below this threshold on Professional and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiseview's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
